Krim sparkling wine is produced here using the traditional method, with chardonnay, pinot noir, riesling, aligoté and cabernet-sauvignon grapes.
Sparkling wine production totals 40 million bottles.
Prices are competitive and the market is seasonal (Christmas, weddings, birthdays).
The consumption of sparkling wine takes second place after vodka: 60% of the adult population are sparkling wine consumers.
