The invention concerns a procedure and a device for stopping sparkling wine bottles using screw caps, and more especially bottles in the sense of champagne bottles.
This invention, concerning glass bottles whose neck (10) comprises two rolls (11,1 2) one on top of the other, one of which (12) is used to fix a stopper cap using crimping and the other (11) to fix a wire cap to hold a cork stopper in the neck (10), consisting of implementing in the lower roll (11), a thread (15) to hold a screw cap (40), not excluding the possibility of having recourse independently to the traditional stopping method for bottles using a cork stopper and wire cap.
