The device features two sliding cams (21) that have a heel (211), with a support surface (212) and an anvil (213). The cams have a crosshead (22), which is connected to the higher end of each sliding cam (21). The crosshead is mounted upon a guide (14 or 15), which includes a hook (23) intended for use with a maneuvering lever (233). This is in turn connected to the cam’s (21) heel (211) through the use of a first jack (24), and a second jack (25) which has a cylinder (252) that has been fixed to the heel (211) of the cam (21). Its stem connects to the corresponding guiding rail (14,15) through the use of an adjustable bracket (26). The device is set up on posts (12, 13) that are placed on each side of the bin’s (30) framework (11).
