Vineyard
- 15 548 ha in production for approximatively 911 380 hl in 2010. More than 145 million of bottles sold in 2010, 25 % of which for export.

The Bourgogne Cremant
- 17 147 566 of bottles marketed (2010), of which 4 252 333 bouteilles sold overseas (that represented 25%) .
- 73 % of the Burgondy Cremant production was marketed in France (2008).
- The Burgondy sparkling wine is divided by "White Burgondy Cremant" , "Burgondy Blanc de Blancs" Cremant, "Burgondy Blanc de Noirs" Cremant and "Burgondy rosé" Cremant.

Die Clairette
- Natural sparkling wine.
- Traditional method used for Die Clairette, only in France, is identified with the name "dioise method". It’s a vinification technic using a uncompleted fermentor, which continues in bottles from the residual sugar of grape.
- Production (2010): 86 069 hl (Ancestral method Die Clairette and Dry Die Clairette)
- Vineyard surface area (2010): 1 500 ha
- 300 producers, 25 private cellars, 2 cooperative cellars
Die cremant
- White sparkling wine elaborated at the begining from the unique grape variety, Clairette. Nowdays, aligoté and muscat are used for its preparation.
Elaborated according to traditional method (first fermentation in tank and second fermentation in bottle).
- 12 wine-growers (2009)
- Grape varieties: Clairette, Muscat, Aligoté.
- Production (2009): 2 072hl, that represented 276 133 bottles
- 410 000 bottles marketed in 2009, of which 73 000 for export (mainly on belgian’s and swiss’s markets).

Seyssel wine
