PÈRE LA GROLLE
The BOISSET group recently launched a new range of sparkling wines for hypermarket and supermarket distribution under the "Père la Grolle" brand. These quality sparkling wines are produced exclusively from the Gamay variety, respond to rigorous specifications and are produced in vats according to the ancestral method using the Gamay of the year.
Two versions of these wines are available:
Gamay Rouge, which is a perfect accompaniment for aperitifs or chocolate-based desserts;
Gamay Rosé, which is a great match for red fruit sorbets, purées and coulis.
They have low alcohol content (7.5° volume) and have no added sugar.
GAMAY FIZZ
This is a sparkling red wine from the granite soils of Beaujolais, produced according to the ancestral method from the Gamay variety. It has low alcohol content: 7.5° The Burgundy format bottle has a pearly cap. The label is decorated with holographic silvery bubbles and mentions the name and year of harvest of the cuvée. The back label features a COOLDOT patch indicating the ideal drinking temperature thanks to thermo sensitive sink, which changes colour when the wine is ready to drink.
Gamay Fizz accompanies all those gourmet moments.
